Your tour begins with a warm welcome as you meet your guide in the center of Old Quebec. See the Upper and Lower towns of Old Quebec. Discover the city’s highlights from Place d’Armes, Town Hall, Morrin Cultural Center, Governors’ Park, Plains of Abraham, Martello towers, Fontaine de Tourny, to the Parliament of Quebec.
