Description
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed to the distillery situated inside a historic building in Quebec City. The tour begins with an introduction to the distillery’s history, its founders, and the origin of its name.
The guided visit explains the production process, including ingredients, product origins, and artisanal methods that give the spirits their distinct qualities.
The experience continues in the tasting room, where you can sample Quebec gins, vodkas, liqueurs, and other spirits featured during the tour. The knowledgeable team is available to answer any questions you might have.
